  1. Who is Snatcher?
    Snatcher is here to make your online shopping experience easy and reliable. We strive to provide excellent customer service and quality products. We are based in Johannesburg, we do however courier country wide.
  2. Do I need to register before buying goods at Snatcher?
    No need to register. You can follow the checkout process as a guest. You are however advised to register as this will make your future checkout process quicker and enable you to review your order history.
  3. What payment methods do you have?
    You can make payments using your credit card as well as EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). If you choose to make use of the EFT function you have to use your order number as reference number.
  4. Is my credit card details safe?
    Yes, your credit card details go through a secure terminal and are never stored.
  5. How long will my order take?
    Your order will be processed within 48 hours after payment has been received. Thereafter products will be dispatched and delivered within 5-10 working days.
  6. Why can’t I collect my order?
    Snatcher only offers 1 method of delivery of Goods to you and that is via courier service. We do not offer a self-collection option.
  7. What if I receive the goods damaged?
    It is Snatcher’s responsibility to ensure that you receive your order in good condition. If anything is damaged, please contact us and we will follow the process as set out in our returns policy to replace the product and return the faulty or damaged item.   8. Can I return/cancel my order?
    If you would like to return your purchase due to the fact that you have changed your mind and no longer want the item, you have 7 days to return it to us at your expense. Please see our returns policy for more details.
  9. What if I received the wrong item?
    You should please notify Snatcher immediately and we will send our courier (at no additional cost) to collect the wrong item and deliver the correct one to you.
  10. How can I receive newsletters containing specials and new arrivals?
    You can register for our newsletter which is found on our home screen.
