No need to register. You can follow the checkout process as a guest. You are however advised to register as this will make your future checkout process quicker and enable you to review your order history.
Snatcher does not have a call centre and we're not set up to handle high volumes of phone calls. The Snatcher brand was built online, including our customer support. Though you may receive an automated response every once in a while, all channels are manned by human staff who are eager to help you out, quickly and efficiently.
Simply go to the last email you have received from us, scroll to the bottom and click on "Unsubscribe" . Ensure you follow the entire process until you receive the message that you have successfully unsubscribed.
Below is a step-by-step guide on how to place an order on our website:

1. Click on the item that you would like to purchase.
2. Check the quantity and then click “ADD TO CART”.
3. Click on the trolley icon at the top right on the page.
4. Check your cart and then click “CHECK OUT”.
5. Complete all customer information and shipping address.
6. Click “Continue to shipping method”.
7. Make sure the shipping address is correct and click “Continue to payment”
8. Select your payment method and click “Complete Order”
9. Your order summary will then be displayed and you will receive and email confirmation of your order.
It ranges from R79 for main cities to R110 for outlying areas. We charge a fixed once off delivery fee. Other retailers might advertise free delivery but they simply load the delivery fee on each product they sell, which results in you, the customer paying much more for delivery than what you will with us.

Yes, your credit card details go through a secure terminal and are never stored.
That is because it takes up to 48 hours for us to allocate the funds to your order. If the status hasn't been changed after 48 Hours we suggest you contact us as we might not be able to allocate the payment due to the reference that was used.
It means the order has not yet left our warehouse. Once the status changes to Fulfilled it has left our warehouse.

Delivery Takes 5-10 working days. Should this be a urgent order, please contact us and we will try our best to fast track the process.

Sure Thing. Speak to our support team, they will supply you with a coupon code you can use at checkout that voids the delivery fee and you simply add the delivery address as collection.

Yes, all electronics carry a 6 months limited warranty and cannot be extended. General Homeware/Kitchenware items will only be replaced if received broken and does not have a warranty.
It is Snatchers responsibility to get the item delivered to you. If stolen or lost we will re-dispatch your order at no additional cost to you. If however you return items to us because you simply don't want it, it is your responsibility to insure the parcel and ensure we get it in perfect sellable condition to process your refund.
