CARE :

• Before first use, wash the Potjie thoroughly with hot water and dry.
• Apply a cooking oil coating to the surface and heat until the oil begins to smoke.
• Using a paper towel or rag, wipe the surface clean.
• The Potjie is now ready for use.
• To store, wash Potjie and dry, then apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the surface.
• Store in a dry place.
